Chapter 5: Scavenger Hunt on Namek
After all of the ordeals and trials the DragonBallZ gang has been through, they finally made it to the planet Namek! But they were too late! FRIEZA (THE STRONGEST FIGHTER IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE!) was already there and he had 5 OUT OF 7 DRAGONBALLS! This is very bad!
Vegeta showed up late too. Both Vegeta and the DBZ gang had found out that Frieza and his men had collected 5 out of 7 of the balls. There was no way Vegeta was going to go over to Frieza HE'S WAY TO STRONG EVEN FOR HIM!!! The only thing Vegeta can do is collect the other 2 balls to prevent Frieza from getting the whole set. Then by some miracle get the other 5 balls and avoid Frieza at the same time! Vegeta can't face Frieza yet; Vegeta will get killed if he even tries!
Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma were attacked by 2 of Frieza's Royal Guards. But Gohan and Krillin turned out their lights! But Bulma's spaceship was destroyed. Now the DBZ gang CAN'T GET HOME!!!

Gohan and Krillin then investigated the planet only to find Frieza and his bodyguards! Frieza's bodyguards had power levels over 100,000!!! Not even Vegeta is that STRONG! And Frieza's power level is off the scale! Frieza was torturing the innocent and helpless Nameks to get the Dragonballs. Gohan watched helplessly as the Nameks were being tortured. He couldn't get in because of how strong Frieza and his guards were. But then when one of Frieza's Royal Guards was attacking a child Namek, Gohan couldn't take it anymore. Gohan attacked Frieza's BodyGuard Dodoria and rescued the kid Namek. He and Krillin then took off REAL fast before Frieza had time to think. Then Frieza ordered Dodoria to go after them. Gohan had done something that Vegeta was too chicken to do!

Speaking of Vegeta, he killed every helpless Namek being in a small village, for a Dragonball. Then he hid the 6th ball in a lake and went searching for the 7th one.

Krillin and Gohan managed to escape from Dodoria by flying they're fastest. Frieza then found out that Vegeta was also on the planet. Frieza REALLY wanted a word will Vegeta, he used to work to Frieza, until Vegeta betrayed him.
Dodoria nearly caught Gohan and Krillin until Vegeta ambushed Dodoria. Vegeta powered up to 22,000!!!!! Higher than Dodoria is maximum! Then suddenly Dodoria begged for his life in exchange for a secret about Frieza. Vegeta accepted the request, so Dodoria started talking.
Dodoria told Vegeta that the story about his home planet being destroyed by comets was a lie! It was Frieza that destroyed his home planet!!! Then suddenly out of agreement Vegeta killed Dodoria anyway.
KAAABOOM!!!
Vegeta then found out that in order to defeat Frieza, he’d have to work his way up. By destroying his body guards first.
Despite the trouble that is happening on the planet Namek, there is good news to be said. GOKU HAS RECOVERED! And he took a spaceship similar to Vegeta's and was headed for Namek to help the others. But on board this spaceship was a gravity machine! We all saw how strong Goku got from training on King Kai's planet, which had 10X's more gravity than the Earth's! So now Goku has been training himself every minute of the hour for an intense battle. He thought he was going to fight Vegeta, but then he heard before he left that there was someone on Namek that was much more stronger than Vegeta. And that scared Goku because he almost died in the Battle of Vegeta. Goku used the gravity machine to be set for 20X's Earth's gravity!!! AND IT HURT GOKU!!! BUT IT WAS VERY GOOD EXERSIZE! Just the lift of the finger was good fitness!
Goku got out the weights and worked out like anything! And when his body was used to 20X's gravity, in so much that he could fly in there. He set the machine for 30X's! Then 40X's and so on. Then Goku had made it to 50X's Earth's gravity! Anybody, even Richard Simmons would have been crushed by 20X's!!! While Goku was training King Kai telepathically contacted him and told him that Yamcha, TN, Chow Sue, and Piccolo was in the Death Realm with him!!! They were to train with King Kai like Goku did when he was there!

But King Kai told Goku something else. Something not good. King Kai told Goku that Frieza was on the planet Namek, and HE ORDERED GOKU TO STAY AWAY FROM FRIEZA!!!!!! And that was a superb order! Goku asked why. There hasn't been a challenge Goku has not taken on and severely lost. Goku does not like to fight unless he has no choice or if it's for the safety of others. (He's a good guy.) King Kai said that Goku's power level was nowhere near Frieza's!!! No one is!!! Goku asked if he could at least see him to check out and see what kind of guy this Frieza was. But then King Kai once again ordered him not to. Then Goku asked again saying "please". But then King Kai yelled, "ABSOLUTY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" If Goku upset Frieza THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE WOULD BE IN JEOPARDY!!! His anger would follow everybody to the ends of the universe!!! So then Goku decided to train even further despite King Kai's warnings.
While training, the gravity machine accidentally went to 100X's Earth's gravity!!! Goku was nearly killed!!! But when he fixed it. Since he had experienced 100X's gravity, he must train under 100X's gravity!!!
Meanwhile Gohan and Krillin found the 7th ball before Vegeta did. Then the Eldest Namek powered them up. Vegeta managed to defeat Frieza's STRONGEST BODYGUARD! Zarbon. Also a personal enemy. (I'm skipping ahead. This one paragraph is like 2 weeks worth of episodes!) So anyway Vegeta also managed to steal Frieza's 5 Dragonballs without facing him!!!
Vegeta was on a role! It looks as if Vegeta's going to win this Dragonball Scavenger Hunt. That was until he found out that Gohan had stolen his 6th ball from the pond. Now Vegeta WAS REALLY ANGRY AT GOHAN AND KRILLEN!!! First they beat him on Earth. Now they've stolen his Dragonballs when he needs it the most! Gohan and Krillin were at the Eldest Namek's place when a REALLY angry Vegeta showed up! As you can tell Gohan and Krillin must have been very scared to see Vegeta because of what happened on Earth. See Chapter3.
Vegeta showed mad as heck at the two for stealing his last two Dragonballs. Besides he does owe them a knuckle sandwich for what happened at Earth. What's Vegeta going to do to Gohan and Krillin? Can Gohan and Krillin defeat Vegeta without Goku? What about Frieza, what are the DBZ gang going to do about him? And what happened to Bulma? Find out on DragonballZ!
